I noticed 2 attacks. One was supposed to be a single and the other joint. Either way, I was hit 6 times without a chance to defend myself, the other at least 7. Bug or not?

Both this attacks were group attacks actually, you can miss your turn suring such attack, that's not a bug.

If more than 1 player attacks you there is a chance that you will not be able to respond - this lines were removed from log some time ago, earlier it was 'player X missed the turn'.
