There is one issue that is extremely inconvenient and nonetheless very annoying about how employee training system works.

When clicking on Train, the whole table switches up and down and exactly so that other member would end up being trained by an accident. Make the table fixed! Just like each stat tab in Gym.
It is not a good when the table freaks out. It causes accidents. And in this case - employees get trained too much or too little, which is unintended. Please fix this bug.

Secondly, this is entirely different level when on mobile version. Then the sequence for actions is as following:
  1. Find the right employee row.
  2. Click on the employee row.
  3. click train.
  4. Click on the employee row.
  5. Find the employee row again.
  6. Click on it again.
    ...
Couldn't be more inconvenient than that.

As a good example, I refer to Gym page. Very simple, less clicking...

What the devs could do is stick a permanent status bar and swap the text/color when we train an employee (or try to train an employee when we're outta trains).

Edit:

When the android app comes out, this could be a toast instead. Upon training an employee a toast will pop up. Upon training the next employee, kill any old toasts that may still be lingering and then pop up the new toast.

Maybe we remove that green response message (which shifts the page downwards) entirely. Instead, have the employee row glow green for a second and then return to normal - I think this would be acceptable confirmation they've been trained. The 'Train' link could be disabled when it's unavailable.

We should however instantly update the 'Trains: 15 / 20' at the top of the page when trains are used.

In my experience only when you're "so slow" that the green bar vanishes before you manage to click the next train. If you do it fast, everything stays put. At least for me it does.
