The last attack in that SS was at 2:03:30 pm & the next attack was at 2:09:48.......... after 6 minutes 18 seconds.
I believe that's where your chain broke since there was no hit within 5 minutes.

This. The chain cool down would have started when no attack was made within 5 minutes after the 2:03:30 attack. Once the chain is in cool down, any attacks made during the cool down will not affect the chain. You can tell when a chain is in cool down by hovering the mouse over the chain bar. A cool down will also be indicated by an aqua colour bar under the chain counter
Can only imagine what it's going to be like when someone gets ****ed over at 23k, or 46k.
It's stupid.
