Eh the starter jobs already have that, but to be fair it would be overpowered and annoying to directors.
I do have another solution in mind but I'd have to balance it correctly.
Do you mind if you share that idea? It sounds interesting.
Just the ability for "Corporations", groups of companies, with some ability to use each companies specials for all employees, but the balance would have to be careful.
As long as the group' are set up with separate directors I could go for this. Owning multiple companies would just make the rich richer.
I was thinking a Corporate leader employing the directors, a limit of 1 company per type and a max of 5 total with the benefits for everyone involved, not just the rich.
With it's very own permissions to which directors can do what in case one keeps changing something.
My main point of balance worry would be which bonuses should cross, and how many points are given for said bonuses if not kept the same since more bonuses would be available.
Yeah it' a dangeous one let me put some thought in to it and I'll send you a pm in a few day with some ideas.
