Confusing validation question

I got a validation question earlier which asked me "which of these is a colour" there were 4 obiously wrong options but both "champagne" and "silver" were colour options is it possible for this to be revised.

do you remember all the other answers?

No sorry, I should have taken a screenshot, but silver was top left and champagne was top right,

i dont see an issue with that question? the answer is bus, as trams do not pull up to pavements but have their own designed stops.



in regards to the other question you had, i remember that ched stated before that the captcha is not made to educate but just to proof you are not a bot.

Maybe a culture thing then as where I live they do run by the pavement so both are equally likely. I struggled to choose on that one and the silver/champagne issue was again narrowed to the two choices but still feisable to be either.

how it works is each question has a database of correct answers

so colourDB = correct

and the rest are picked from other Databases, for instance, which of these is a drink, champagne

unfortunately there can be a slight overlap

the best way to think of it is, which has the least double meanings, thats usually the correct one

i dont think of champagne nearly as much as silver in terms of colours, so id pick silver



then again unfortunately as i said some data bases have a little overlap
