Unable to use free merit reset....Still saying I need to use 500 points.
Could you paste here, what it says? Are you sure it doesn't say, your next (after using the free one) merit reset will remain 500 points?
Are you sure you would like to swap 500 points to reset your merit upgrades?
Your 239 merits will be returned, and you'll be able to spend them again.
Your next merit reset after this will cost 750 points.
Any news?
How did you get the free merit reset?
I only ask because if it's the book reset you only get it after the book is finished being read.
Also, perhaps you already unwittingly used your christmas reset?
Try a search for 'merits have been returned to you' in your events.
can you show me a screen shot of the page please with the free merit clicked on
having spoken with CartoonHead in mail, he doesnt have a free merit reset, from his screen shot, and did not login to the game in the timeframe to recieve the free merit reset for christmas,
so not a bug and this can be closed
