Hi

Just wanted to find out if this is normal or not - my awards progress tracker showed my progress to "6 years of Service" in Torn, and subsequently reached 100% yesterday, but no merit was received for this? I see it is now tracking my progress to 7 years of service. Is this normal? If so, why track it but not award a merit for this?
