Is there a way to find out who is stealth attacking you, like a job special? Or do I just have to wait until the persons stealth doesn't work to find out who is attacking me?

You can go on to an attack screen of someone and you can see who is attacking someone. You do not need to start a attack though. Just where it says: START FIGHT.

There are ways to reduce enemy stealth: mods, job perks, books (I think), putting merits in Dex bonus, and probably some other stuff I forgot.
Effectiveness of these tactics may vary, though...

toss a smoke grenade to slow them down and have a friend "observe the fight" if you suspect it is the same person (from weapon choice and damage)
alternatively, you can use an api app like Doctorn, and then use an SED whilst they are attacking you to blow yourself up. you will then get an attack log with their name
OR you could just train more dex and put lights on your firearms

- Changed attack log names during join screen to show 'someone' if stealthed
This was an exploit which was fixed in today's patch.
I guess I just need to train harder to prevent this from happening.16 stealth attacks in 2 days, I must have pissed someone off :)
Someone (or some faction) could simply be using you as chain fodder?
