Hi, I had 367 inactive user refills during the Christmas Town period (as shown in the first screenshot) and I have used less than 10 of them since then. I have also not use the daily E refill from the Points Building as I know it now reduces the inactive user refills. A couple of days back, I realized that it has dropped to 250 on its own (as shown in the second screenshot). I tried to find an explanation for this in the forum but I have not found the answer to it, hence I will appreciate any help on this matter. Thanks :)[image: i.imgur.com]

Okay thanks for the reply, I haven't been able to find it on the forum. Can any moderator help to close this thread? :)
