You have 5 options.
A) kodachi sword with the relevant education.
B-D) dual weapons 1-4
I prefer macana myself. Has super high accuracy and stealth, but lower damage. If you value damage more, I'd go with kodachi or diamond blade knife.
Like the guy says, macana is better with good str, kodachi would be better with good speed and proper edu aka history course.
You've already missed out. The best Melee weapons were Yasukuni Sword that you bought in exchange for 10 merits back in the day. You can't get that level of dmg with them from the market :(
