Is it possible to exceed 10.0 in driver skill? Ive hit 10.0, and completed and placed 1 or 2 docks races with no apparent gain. Thanks

Lol yes. It's similar to hunting (if you do any of that, I'm travelling and can't check) in that the higher you get, the harder it gets.
For racing every time your DS goes up, the gains per win go down, so you have to win a lot more races to progress your DS.
My driver skill is over 35 so def not
For once, I thought this thread is speaking on actual driving skill.. >
