I'm in a mission where i must bounty Onami [81473] then attack the person who claims the bounty... Well the first person who claimed t was anonymous so it came up as "Someone" in the events... Bountied him 2 more times and attacked the people that hospitalized him but my mission is not completed. Who fixes this?

Go to your missions page. It will have an ID number of that first person on it. That's the person you have to attack.
