Both of these will regenerate naturally over time, although if you want to increase them with items then any medical item will increase your HP and any alcohol will increase your nerve. Good advice would come from Bug - follow the guides that he has shared.



My advice would be to also speak to a player called Dunmugmeh - he is really good at guiding new players too :)
