Hey us there any rust players out there i have been pllaying it sonce legacy and it has been by far one of the best games i have ever plaued i spent $6 AUD and have already passed 4k hours in the game the new updates are incredible and the devs ahave got to be one of the most devoted team i have seen with new updates patches every week and a massive update each month on force wipe

Everything wants you to die. You need to find food, shelter and weapons to prevent it.
Teamwork
If they're not your friends, they're your enemy. RUST is a tough game. It's not shameful to ask for some help. But be careful who you trust.
Raid
The best defense is a strong offense. They can't attack you if they're dead and you've got all their stuff.
I have the game, played it for a couple of hours or so. But it was like ARK, the though of grinding kept me away till now.
the network load is harsh with all the skins used. wtf did the devs do?
best be playing on unlimited data
Lol sorry but if your playing any game that is harsh on requirements and dont have unlimited internet your pretty much screwed XD and if you have less then 70mbps and less then 40fps you will have a verry bad time
Lol the grind is real now XD you have to find scrap to learn bps and to lean the ak you have to get 750 scrap and then get a tier 1-2-3 work bench thats 2.25k scrap on top then another 250 scrap to lean 556 ammo if you thought the grind was bad its 10x harder now
750 for rockets 750 for explosives and another 750 for a launcher XD and then you still have to farm to make the items its a game that takes commitment you dont just log in for a hour and do raids or fights unless your on a 40x gather rate server
wasn't referring to the size of teh pipe, or the hardware of my pc, I was referring to the amount of data this pig hogs.
I can play any number of games online and use about 20-40 MB per hour. Not rust, that thing uses far more.
Not everyone has unlimited data.
Oh and as far as the 70Mbps, horseshit, I can easily play effectively many FPS online at 10 and less.
i 100% agree this game is terrible at the demands it needs i had to pay a few grand to get a pc that can handle it and data doesnt affect me as i got unlimited need it to steam at the same time
I’ve been playing rust for around 3-4 years, the game takes a lot of effort to grind but with friends it can become very entertaining and have some very funny moments on there. Going solo as a vanilla player (1x gather) is not easy especially if your new to rust
my advice is to play maybe a 10x / 5x server if you don’t have much time to sit there and grind.
The game isn’t supposed to be played all in one day the map wipes monthly on vanilla so it’s about building your base and building your resources up for later game and that’s when it start a becoming fun!
i have got like 2k hours on rust and have also owned my own modded server for over a year
if anyone wants some help on rust I’ll be happy to come give you some help to get started.
