I'm not sure what you asking? Did you just join the company? It will take a few days for you to settle in. Do your stats meet the position requirements?

You need to set one employee as "Accountant" (Special: Secretary) to can see how much money every employee makes. If the employee effectiveness is 5 stars and it say $0 that doesn't mean they don't produce money. They do but you can't see how much they do because you don't have an accountant to count how much they do.
Rank: Accountant "This position is responsible for the whole store, from staff to stock, the manager is the last port of call for it all."
