Driver skill comes from racing.

the way to improving drive skill is too restricted.
You have a chance to increase your driving skill by 0.5 through the 10* TV special, although if you haven't started racing yet it would be a race. You should do a few 100 lap unofficial races to build up your driving skill. Winning or losing doesn't matter in these as you just want to improve :)

Ah.. oh well.. I'm still grinding :)
Evaluation: As I currently in Class C, the upgrades of car component can highly improve particular car you focus to invest in. Thus I started using only one car right now. And with the Car dealership jobs and get yourself stay at #1 in each race, the racing points can be earn at the best they can for stocking for advancing to Class B race.
Make sure you save up plenty of racing points when you reach the next class, or you'll find yourself in a new class unable to win any races with a stock car.
