Though if Unicorns were made out of some sort of food other than horse meat it more likely would be like cotton candy (candy floss), or maybe that would just be what a regular unicorn would taste like. An intense sweetness that corrupts your insides because you murdered such a creature. Or they taste like something unexpected like broccoli, or they taste something like a Sky Llama.
