you can, just need luck^^ Keep refreshing the page some times to another, it will eventually spawn... when abroad, visit all section of the country can help too...
yes, they can appear on any active page so long as there is a Torn logo in the top left corner of the page. It is less likely to happen when you have a laptop though because of the altered dimensions of the page
refreshing and changing pages does nothing lol. so long as you are active thats all you can do
2 blue eggs while travelling in this comp so far. Not getting the advantage of using those happy boost, but I still glad I found them and defo will not complain if I get them again.. XD

Ive found 2-3 eggs while traveling. Just check the forums page and the flying page occasionally and you my get lucky
I've had an egg appear in the market tab in Mexico so yeah as everyone else says, it's possible :)
maaaaan, i've been waiting for the perfect place to complain about finding a green egg just when i click to travel back from south africa, so it felt like a waste. thanks for giving me the opportunity.

Yes, you can find eggs abroad either on the travel screen or once you finally land. It's really just based on luck and timing.
A general trick i've found is when you're abroad or even sitting in TC go through profiles of people on your friends list, recent, or even your enemies to pass time and increase your chances of finding an egg. I hope this tip helps you and anyone else to find an egg or two.
