My Staight Flush Poker hand was not recognized as the winning hand. I DO HAVE SCREENSHOT, but having terrible time figuring out how to post it. The screenshot does not have the hand number. The time was 4:17 174

Please advise what I should do next. (Needless to say, with a straight flush, I went all-in.)

SO: It is clear that I have a Straight Flush: Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5 of spades.

And this is clearly the absolute winning hand.

This happens quite often with the A-5 straight flush.

You will need the table ID to confirm it's not a cache issue, though.

But how on earth do I get the table number? It does not seem to be IN the screenshot.

There IS a time stamp.... does that help?

(Needless to say, being a straight flush, I went all-in. In spite of being a pissy pot, it is almost all the money I have)
