This. Travel Hub had some handy graphs that you could estimate this with, but since DocTorn's dominance, I'm not sure it's still reliable.

how long does it take for the stock in each countries to be refilled?

It depends on the item. Usually it takes around half the time to restock than it did for the item to sell out.

So, let's say flowers restocked in Mexico and they were sold out in 10h, it would take 5h to restock
