The Winter Newsletter bonus would have expired; the Spring Newsletter has already been sent out.
so i can no longer redeem the winter one ? I was saving them. It doesn't mention on the email that they expire ?
Sadly it does not say it on the newsletter from what I could see. But if you search the forums you’ll find numerous posts confirming that your last newsletter will expire when the new one comes out. Stewie has even replied to some of them stating the same thing. Now ya know at least :)
There's normally an error message; it should say "This bonus has either already been claimed, or has expired" - but something else went wrong seemingly.
only 1 newsletter bonus is active at a time, the previous one expires when the newest one is sent out, so the current one is spring2018
Yeah that's torn for you: an uncapped long grind, where you need to plan your moves to make the best out of it in the long run... but the system fights you everyday with updates that disallow proper planning like this, and random nerfs that sink plans into oblivion.
