Im kinda new to this game and i already completed Georges missions, but how come i cant do any more missions? Is their something else i have to do?

Thanks for the info, I was wondering the same thing.
So from start up to level 10, no missions (xcpt George) and you just have to do crimes, buy and sell, education and gym?
