Notifications are not working properly. Sometimes works and sometimes no notifacation in whole day :(

Notifications are not working properly. Sometimes works and sometimes no notifacation in whole day :(
I also am not reliably receiving notifications. I had the beta installed, and it seems to be different than the official release. I uninstalled the beta and installed the release from the link ched provided. The version is still listed as .1.15 that was updated in April but listed a may release date. Everything worked like a champ in the beta and only started acting up after the official release and the announcement that notifictnotif we're being improved.
