So you’ve finally reached level fifteen so that means you can fly! When you have acces to the airfield at level 15 you can go to other countries and buy items there. There is all kinds of things available, but most people buy the Flowers or Plushies when they are abroad.
In short: Go airfield - Pick a place - FLY - buy flower/plushie - FLY back - sell items in Torn
- Why fly?
You can buy them for a small price and others will buy them from you in Torn City for a much better price, depending on the type. Further countries tend to have more valuable flowers, because they take more time to get. People buying them probably have Museum unlocked and can exchange a SET for points. Points=money so that means that every single flower and plushie is worth money - How to fly?
Go to city and click travel agency. There you can choose a country and see how long the flight will take. Choose a destination depending on how long you want to fly (you can't do anything else while flying!). When you arrive, buy plushies/flowers if they are available and fly back. You buy the Flowers and Plushies they have available. As many as you can afford and carry. It’s possible others have bought all and you have to wait. That’s why it’s smart to check Staff Edit: Phishing/Dead Link before you fly to see what the chance is it’s going to be empty. Make sure the last time it was updated is not more then 1-2 hours ago and there is at least 2,000 items left to buy. - How do I make money when I get back in Torn?
You can sell them yourself in the city or Bazaar (unlock with 250 points). There is a risk that someone will buy your items and then mug you with the money you just earned from the sale. This is called buy-mugging. That’s why lots of new players go to traders and sell their items to them for safe trading. You can find them in forum or trade-chat. -Rent a Private Island from the rental market (this gives +10 items if it has AIRSTRIP and a hired pilot)
-Buy a Large Suitcase from the market (this gives +4 items)
-Join a faction with Excursion 10 (this gives +10 items)
-Join a company that gives extra travel items (Cruise Line, Flower Shop, Toy Store)
-Fly away when you go afk for a while
-Check the time you will land and get back online to fly back right away
-Make sure the items are in stock at

Some of these might cost money, but if you’re active they are worth 100% of their initial price. Private island and Large Suitcase pay themselves back in 1-2 days! - Is that all?
That’s all! For your first time I recommend flying to Mexico and just trying it out. Once you feel confident invest some money so you can take more items and make more money. Get used to the feeling and be disappointed when there is no items, so you learn to check TravelRun before flight.
