After looking at the HOF respect for faction i noticed beach side ghetto had some how jumped up to 2.5m respect after checking i noticed there are 2 beach side ghettos 1 newly bought after asking around wondering which faction that was someone mentioned it was HYF which it looks like it is

Why did they sell?

Yes that is correct

S0ldier gurl sold this faction to become the co leader of IA, and her long time gang followed her, it was essentially a merge of the 2 factions

a few others (not many 3- 4???) went to C.R.

but you will find all the HYF'ers at IA
