there is one guy in my company, recently hired, has no effectiveness at all, how do i fix this?

there is one guy in my company, recently hired, has no effectiveness at all, how do i fix this?
My guess would be he does not have enough working stats for the position, or he's hugely addicted to drugs. So either they need trained up (or replaced.), or need to rehab.
Edit: Or, if they've just been hired, they won't have any effectiveness showing until the next company day.
Guessing a new company day hadn't gone by. Or he is in fed.
Not Being online daily also puts a hold on effectiveness
If he's at no stars for his effectiveness, and hasn't been there a full day, it's probably because a company update hasn't happened. If he's very, very low stats, I suppose that could do it too.
Low activity or very high drug addiction can also bring his effectiveness down.
Company cron runs at 6PM TCT, wait until then and it should change. If it still hasn’t changed then he’s either got rubbish work stats or is a complete crack head.
Or what about, did you assign them a role? :P
how about if all employees have very low stars? how do we raise them the quickest?
