I want to make a desktop type widget that displays Torn time.

Does anyone know if this has been done already?

Isn't Torn time just UK time?

You could take a Rainmeter( https://www.rainmeter.net/ ) widget and set it to this time.

TCT is just GMT, so you could use a standard application instead of a Torn one. I wouldn't use London because England switches between GMT and BST (GMT +1) for summer, whereas Torn stays constant.
