Are we allowed to use the tag in forum posts?
I wanted to embed a spreadsheet, but was unsure of the above. I've been to sites where it isn't allowed.

No, I believe iframes were disabled from being used on TORN a couple years ago for security reasons.

Although, if they were disabled, how can I use them in my faction's forum?

I believe so yes.
I recall bug reports from one or two years ago, where it was said these were removed, which is where I am getting this information from. If that's been changed any where since then, that's something I am unaware of.
