Under gym my dex training is faded out and I can't train it anymore , it's only at 86.something and my other stats are higher so it makes no sense to me

What gym are you using?
Edit: Beach Bods doesn't allow you to train dex, and there are a couple more gyms later on which don't allow training a certain stat.
