A new player was accepted and yet had full access to our faction bank. He was able to take everything. Now he's already fedded. He shouldn't have had access. What's the chances of getting this back?

is it just one guy running this scam or multiple? every account thats tried to run that scam lately all in fed. going around making 100 accounts just to scam, and then be put in fed kinda weird. usually people run a scam to keep the dough.
