250 points missing

i won 4o million on roullette i then bought some points i got five hundred out of 75o im missing 25o and i really need them i worked really hard to get my money back up and this isnt  the first time i lost points out the blue like a week ago i lost 138 or something like that i like the game but if  im spending all this time to make money and im losing more than im making because of bugs then its like im playing for free i would like to have them replaced nothing more i only want what i have earned thank you i like what you have done to the game its really looking good and most of the time there are no issues
