Yesp, take the power training formula (3xanax+5edvd's+ecstasy) and add daily refills and use FHCs (will cost hella lot of money) but will work even more if you join the right factions (with great bonuses) same for your job

FHC and E-DVD don't stack as they both use booster Cool down timer ... so the only way to switch to FHC usage will be after the E-dvd jumps stop
you can still make some Happy Jump buying happy from amusement park employee i think, but it will cost HELLA LOT of MOOLAH
No, usual power train is the fastest way for 120k-ish stats.
But you can increase efficiency of that power train by working at a 10* Adult Novelties to get 5000 happy per each Edvd used. Also, factions with good amount of Voracity upgrades can help you take more Edvd (or FHC) per power train.
Still, even if you power train 5 days per week, you will not be able to increase your stats to 5 million in 4-5 weeks, unless you are training in only 1 stat.
