Normally you would go to your faction page, click the Armory tab on the top, and then the donation tab is the furthest one on the right

But since your faction was only just created, you won't have the upgrades required to have an armory. You would have been better off joining an existing faction until you learned more about the game and how factions work. These are the armory upgrades you need.

You could also simply donate anything directly from your item screen, click on the fist icon.
