I am almost sure something is not right on the rental market. I am almost sure my renters are not accurate with the time and days rented. I have 2 that i am waiting to get back and several not doing a daily count for their lease agreement. This is literally costing me money/profit and these guys are getting free days. Please look into cause I know I wont be compensated for my loss.

Yeah he rented from me a few days ago along with 5 other people. All 6 pis are still at 7 days and i have 2 other pis stuck one 1 day remaining for at least a couple days now
I am also having this problem - none of the day counts are going down .
I have one PI that has been on 1 day remaining for at least two days .
Same here, plus my drug addiction is not decreasing.
Same, non of the lease times on properties I am renting out are decreasing.
It's a landlord's nightmare :P
