email changing

so a long long time ago... i use to be a bad boy and i got banned on 1 of my accounts. i tried appealing it and failed then got told i had to wait a certain amount of days before trying to make another account to play again... 

anyways i made a new account and here i am.

the email i used on this account i forgot the password to. and im trying to change the email to my old original email and i cant do that because its still linked to my old account thats banned. how can i fix this?

i can free up the email of the old account. what is the ID of the old account?

i cant seem to find it.. all i know is the email. 

i have the torn emails in my mailbox... the verification email when you make an account.

its the same ID as this account. now im getting confused... when i log into the game i use another email to log into it but apparently my original email is linked to the game and when i try to use that email account to log into torn it fails?... it doesnt work

i am unsure what you want me to do here, without the old ID i can not do much.

when i log into torn i use my other email account. but if i were to reset my password i get an email on my other account my original 1. 

i am not sure what is going on, maybe ched has an idea.
