No better advice than this.
Raise your stats a little and then spend all your energy to attack leveling targets from the list you have been given. Keep buying 100 beer and look for rare items in the city to get your networth up.
It might take a month, less with a donator pack which you might want to buy with cash once.
At 15 you rent a private island with the cash you saved up, join a faction with +10 travel items and start making like 5mil a day.
