Why would it be? Illicit funds on his account don't mean he generated that money or did anything wrong. 

Other people can illegally generate money, which can find its way to other accounts. Even if OP didn't do anything wrong, the money must still be removed from the economy. So the multihunter removes the dirty money from any place it ends up.
