so this is what happen, i was doing shoplift crime at the candy shop and i got busted and went to jail, the problem is that before doing it i already sell copied media more than 200 time and i still went to jail, i did go to jail 4-5 time for doing the same shoplift crime however i stop for doing the 200 sell copied and yet still get in jail for shoplift, is it because of the past failure?

I believe the shoplifting big box of chocolate crime has a chance of being jailed no matter your crime experience. It’s profitable as hell, multitudes more than any other crime that I have access to anyway, but it’s best to shoplift jackets as that is much safer. Better to build crime experience safely.
If you really need the money, if stealing chocolate and risking losing that % of crime experience is worth it (I believe it does pay over 100k a day) then go for it.

Make sure to save all of those jackets that you steal - there's a merit for tossing 5,000 items into the dump!

Just steal jackets, it usually gets to 100% success all the time at one point
All the crimes are different.
A player with a 60 nerve bar can be jailed if they click the 'wrong' nerve 4 crime and there are plenty of them.
As mr assassin said. The best nerve 4 crime to click is steal jackets.
When your nerve bar is high enough it is 100% green and im serious about that. Look at how many crimes i have clicked. I know.

What a train wreck of a run-on sentence. Nearly all crimes have a chance of going to jail. Just because you start doing higher crimes and succeed at doing them doesn't mean that you will never get caught doing the lesser crimes.

Yea, no. There are merits for stealing items, and there are merits for dumping. Nowhere in merits-related things is the term "removed" ever used. Unless the merit itself has been taken out of the game.
Removed =/= stolen
Removed =/= dumped
