Placed a bet in this game. Match is reported to be CANCELED/ABANDONED and yet my bet is still stuck as i believe the game thought its still ongoing.

your off topic point is irrelevent, moderators have no baring over the bookie system, it is dealt with soley through Betfairs api, moderators cant fix bugs you know, it takes someone with acess to the coding to do that
also not all moderators and staff work on bugs and issues, primarily there are 2 of us, with another couple who help when they can with bugs and issues, them telling you to post a bug report, best option
it might have been delayed but it should pay out as the bets are all paid out automatically by betfairs api and staff have no influence on it what so ever, ill pass it to kopties to double check as it seems a few have been delayed today
Just wanna know. Since the results n things is done with the api. And the coding r done by a few of u. What are the purpose of moderators...? Cause i seen few moderators are more into playing than moderating maybe. Not questioning the system, just curious
