Hi fellow citizens.
As you can sell some items to the shops in quantity, in one transaction I don't see why we can't buy items in the shops or from people's bazaars in quantity without having to keep clicking buy to buy more than one of the item.
Regarding shops in torn city (sweet shop etc) I understand this may be a way to stop people buying vast quantities of certain items, e.g. sheep plushies etc. but couldn't you introduce a cap to control this? When you travel you can buy multiple of one item in two clicks and there is a cap. Could we do this in Torn City's shops & for everyone's bazaars as well?
Just an idea I had as all!
I'm confused, if I'm reading your suggestion correctly that's already a thing?
Just change the number from 1 to the amount you want to buy and you buy that many of that item...
yea, that's already a thing. items capacity abroad depends on our carrying capacity. you can only buy 100 items in torn city shop a day. you can key in the amount you want to buy in other's bazaar just like in torn city shop except there is no item limit for bazaar purchase. though you need to click 1 by 1 if buy through item market (for those who doesnt own a bazaar).
How do you manage to miss that the little box with a "1" in it is editable?
The OP could be referring to weapons, which is forced to be split into multiple buys... but this is important to let the buyer know what kind of weapon s/he is buying (buying from the shop, you have no choice: its a random generation. buying from players, you can see the weapon you are getting before hand).
Only items you have to buy 1 at a time in a bazaar is weapons and armor (because of different gear stats)
Buying from Bit n Bobs - You have purchased 100 x Bottle of Beer items for $1,000.
Buying from a bazaar - You bought 100 x Bottle of Beer from dhpungmaw's bazaar for a total of $84,000.
Everyone should give Ched a hand for responding to this request so quickly, got to admit having it implemented before the suggestion is pretty fast.
" I understand this may be a way to stop people buying vast quantities of certain items, e.g. sheep plushies etc. but couldn't you introduce a cap to control this? "
Cap for city buys is 100 per day by the way.
