I get the below error in the console when I click buy on the Ammo Locker screen.

can you explain when this issue occurred. what exactly the ammo did you buy. and how often it happens

This has actually started working again and I haven't seen the error since a few hours after I posted the bug.

This happened again. I'm in the hospital, so maybe that's causing it. I don't remember if I was in the hospital last time I got this error. I'm trying to buy 9mm Parabellum Rounds and 5.56mm Rifle Rounds and I'm getting this error for both of them.
