Sry. Nub question I should probably know but I don't. Does merits put into Temp. Mastery extend time for stat boosters ? (Mela. Epi. Sera. Tyrosine)

I remember seeing it discussed forever ago. But can't remember ever seeing it if was confirmed if it extended time or not.

Temporary Mastery - Increases damage and accuracy of temporary weapons

It does not extend time for stat boosters.
