I can't believe that the Torn City Times isn't an objective, unbiasd news source.
If anything I'd say the only reason you're being targeted now is because you've already lost a couple of lives, so people are trying to eliminate the team closest to being eliminated.
Propaganda, conspiracy or whatever is a tool in warfare.

Everyone active in the competition would soon have found out where the strongest players are. That does not mean they will be the most active hitters. There are level 100s hiding on page 25+ of their team, letting themselves be carried to victory by weaker, more active players. It's a contest, live with it.

Those Top Three were published as well but they kept reaping Tickets. Just agree that your War strategy failed. What was Nasty Surprise doing with 800 tickets losing 200, while others are gaining?
We were targeted well before that. It's absurd that a staff member that is also competing is able to abuse his power like this.

It's easy for people to go "it's a competition, deal with it", as if there aren't sleazy, conniving cheaters out there. I mean what's up with all the fedded players now? Articles from active competition players should be disqualified from participating. It reeks of sloppy rule handling.
Impartial commentating should be the standard. Having said that. SugarValves is getting bountied for this and he deserves it.

Sure sure from your POV it makes sense to write on it. But if you saw the facts he mentioned what would you do? Not hit the top team and eliminate them first?
I am a part of nasty suprise... I didnt read the newspaper... anyways I only joined the elimination to punch people for the finishing hits, plus I have a range of attacking honours to unlock
Lets hope I get to 100 unarmed hits before were eliminated or I will be hitting sugarvalves after the competition
This is no conspiracy, just fact that nasty suprise took on 2 big teams knocking them to the bottom whilst the others looted from the rest. Now everyone decides to pile on us overnight. Thats cool, its just a game

I'm not usually about these whining forums, but better judgement should have been used when considering publishing an article like this during the competition.
Edit to add i wouldn't mind if the writer wasn't on a team, but he/she is and that clearly presents possible alternative motives for publishing a article like this, he isn't a innocent bystander reporting, he is a part of this war and using the paper to his unfair advantage.
