Winner by DB error timeout, yes. In this case a reversion of the game would be required. However on closer inspection it looks like the losing shot was actually taken by Pepsi despite them not seeing it. So the reversion …

I will ask Pavel to check the logs to see what happened. Perhaps the game needs to be reverted.

I'm sure he didn't. He just follow a protocol and players like Pepsi try to abuse of it. I'm still suspicios if its not him the one who created the errors after game. If you check his profile signature he have lots of consecutive wins against Frost and no lost, now lost a game and few seconds after DB errors started.
