Why my OD % is so much higher than average players whos done using a lot of Drugs and i see their OD times are also higher than mine...How can i fix it?I already done travel Switzerland to rehab 2times..please help me.....:(

because you only took 15 drugs and had an od two times. I had my od on 100% because I had an od with my first xanax.
It's just a random thing and you have been unlucky having two od's in 15 times but the more drugs you take the more the percentage will look like the rest.
your sample size is too small
keep eating it, you'll be fine
edit: someone is faster so i've to be the second guy which is slower but still not qucker :p

Addiction, frequency of drug taking, number taken, times since last OD, etc, have no impact on the chance to overdose.
Overdose chance can be reduced only with the use of the 'Overdosing' faction upgrade in the Toleration branch, decreasing your chance to OD by 3% per upgrade to a maximum of 30%.

You're just unlucky, but it should even out with more drug taking
