Simple question:

When you hold level, do you still get experience points for levels that are beyond the next one?

Let me simplify my question:

If a player is level 1 and has the ability to level up to level 2 yet doesn't.

Does that player accumulate XP making him/her able to upgrade SEVERAL levels when he/she decides to do so?

I once held lvl at 15 for few years. Ended up being lvl 53~.

Thought that "once" implies that it was another account of mine. But yeah, I've came back after deleting my accs (twice). Hope this time I wont be that stupid, lol.
