Newspaper error while flying

While flying I tried to read the newspaper articles and I got this duplicate of the 'title bar' not sure if that's the name but I'm referring to the place you select between articles, comics, adverts etc.

I'm on mobile using a Samsung S4 and Chrome browser

UPDATE

the newspaper articles show while in torn but then I flew to a different destination and I still can't see the articles.

In a way but I used to be able to read newspaper articles while flying... Only just noticed the bug after elimination. Should I post under that or leave this as it is?

Also I tried using my Laptop and I can read the articles just fine... the bug only appears when I'm using my mobile phone.
