Depends on your budget and general preferences.

 

Looking at your networth I'd go with the following:

 

Primary - Armalite (With mods ideally)

Secondary - I wouldn't even bother

Melee - Diamond bladed knife or a macana, depends if you want more damage or more accuracy.

 

A lot of people tend to only bother with melee due to the no reloading, or have an armalite with mods and just use for the first clip. Defend settings on 100 primary, no reloading, 1 on melee. So a the point where your ammo runs out you stop using it and switch. 

 

I would imagine a lot of this you are already using, the next tiers up are an order of magnitude more expensive.

For your level and Networth I recommend this loadout.

Primary: Armalite is 25M if you cannot afford it get an Enfield SA80 for 300K+

Secondary: BTMP9 they go for as little as 60K

Melee: Diamond Bladed Knife 7 stealth good acc, damage, and allegedly critical hits for 800K+. If you cannot afford it I recommend a macana which has 7.4 stealth and decent stats. Kodachi swords can be nice especially with Japanese Blades education done, but low stealth.

Armor

Head: Moto Helm look in the 30M range. If you cannot afford this get a combat helmet.

Chest: High rated full body armor. They go up to 35 and cover your arms, and can be had cheap. In my battle testing my 35.38 FBA outperforms my 45 rated flexible body armor. 

Legs: Combat Pants about 3M

Feet: Combat Boots about 2-3M

Hands: Combat Gloves about 2-3M

 

With any of these items the prices can go into the tens of millions or 100 mil+ based on the items stats.
