I like this idea a lot.  I think donating the cheaper properties for the very new players is great and the suggestion to rent out some of the higher happy properties to newer players that are putting in the time to progress through the game.  I think paying it forward to the new players is an important part of the game.

I have purchased a 925 happy Penthouse that I am willing to rent out for $1 a week to a deserving new player.  I will help this player to reach their goals and they will be able to keep renting the property on a weekly basis as long as theyre staying active and reaching some goals at a reasonable pace.  

Any interested new players are encouraged to send me a mail message on Torn telling me why you are worthy.  I will be making a decision on who is the most worthy this Sunday night during Sunday Night Football.  Get your applications in asap.  Creativity counts and there will be additional consolation prizes for everyone who enters.  One entry per person please.  Trolls and spammers will be made filler in the next JFA chain so let's keep the applications to new ppl who really need a new free property to train their stats in.

If this is successful I intend to make it a monthly Penthouse rent free event.

Great idea... however torn is abit of a agamble

so although i would gladly offer some better housing i wont send it

there are quite a few torn citizens that already have had my special love, where i take a random person and maybe loan them a free pi on conditions of thier growth and comittment to the game...

there maybe a few that might post to corroberate...but in any case , i have ranches, palaces, castles or even  a few pi on short leases as these are  a benefit for our faction BAD Company members

its a great idea to help those new into the game, i do often help others very randomly -  but totally turned off for beggars..... but i neither condone or deny the OP is trustworthy or not

but the intent is good -  we have to help bring in new members as old members get frustrated and leave...we always need new blood :P
