does anyone know if you have each type of suitcase that the number of items you can carry stacks or if its only one suitcase that gives the extra carry-able items

It counts only the largest capacity Suitcase you own.
They do not stack.
Do the perks stack though? Would having all 3 bring you closer to the total perks merits?
No.
Then how bout you stack multiple large suitcases? Does it add up altogether?
No, it's a unique perk.
